1. Bookings

a. Each twin/double sharing participant is required to make a $1,500 non-refundable deposit by July 19, 2026 to secure the booking unless suppliers/hotels require otherwise. 

b. Each single participant is required to make a $1,900 non-refundable deposit by July 19, 2026 to secure the booking unless suppliers/ hotels require otherwise.

c. A second non-refundable payment of 40% of the total package price by August 20 2026.

d. A third non-refundable payment of 20% of the total package price by September 19, 2026.

e. The final payment representing the remaining 10% of the total package price is due by November 15, 2026.

f. Please note, that each supplier and tour operator has its own policies, superseding WCT booking and cancellation policies.

g. Full payment is required for bookings made less than 30 days before departure. 

h. Due to contractual obligations a late fee of $30 will be charged to each participant for each payment overdue. 

i. Refund requests will not be made for no-shows, early departures, or unused services. 

j. Trip materials will only be issued once all services are fully paid for.

k. West Curated Travel does not offer comprehensive travel or medical insurance; however, we strongly recommend taking out travel insurance in the event of sickness and illness. 

2. Cancellations 

a. You must notify WCT immediately if you wish to cancel your booking (or any part thereof).  You agree that you shall pay all applicable cancellation charges, and foreign exchange fees. If your booking is for or includes a package of travel services,    you will be responsible for all cancellation charges, of whatever nature, imposed by the travel suppliers providing the package component parts of such travel arrangements.

b. If you cancel your booking on and or after July 19-August 19, 2026, you will be liable for 30% of the total package price including credit card fees and wires if applicable. 

c. If you cancel your booking between August 20-September 19, 2026, you will be liable for 70% of the total package price including credit card fees and wires if applicable. 

d. If you cancel your booking between September 20-November 15, 2026, you will be liable for 90% of the total package price including credit card fees and wires if applicable. 

e. If you cancel your booking between November 16, 2026 through to the day of arrival in Bangkok, you will be liable for 100% of the total package price including credit card fees and wires if applicable. 

Single Total Trip Costs: $5,722 per person

2. $2,290 - Due August 20, 2026

3. $1,150 - Due September 19, 2026

4. $382 - Due November 15, 2026

Double/ Twin Occupancy Costs: $4,772 per person

NBA Judicial Council Registration Fee

Please note that a $375 NBA Judicial Council registration fee is required for participation in this program. This fee is paid directly to the NBA Judicial Council by October 1, 2026, and is not included in your travel package.

**This registration fee is not a travel planning or agency fee and is collected separately by the NBA Judicial Council. You will receive a separate link from the NBA Judicial Council regarding payment.
